Nissan Magnite’s engine has been designed on the new CMF-A platform of Reno-Nissan. It will be powered by a naturally eded B4D dual-VVT 1.0-litre petrol engine that generates 72hp power. The engine is connected to a 5-speed manual gearbox. The higher variant will be powered by a HRA0 turbo-charged 1.0-litre petrol engine, equipped with a 5-speed manual and CVT automatic gearbox. It will generate a power of 95hp. However, the car will not be launched into the diesel engine.

Nissan Magnite specifications

This segment has been given a 360 degree around view monitor for the first time, taken from Nissan Kicks. It has cameras around it, which give a view around. By pressing a button, you can select the camera view as needed from the list.
It also has essential features such as vehicle dynamics control (VDC) Hill Start Assistance System (HAS), traction control besides common features such as dual airbags, ABS with EBD, central locking system, speed sensing door lock. It has a chassis and suspension with anti-roll bor with tyre pressure monitor system.
Magnite has a feature of wireless charging, which is not available in other SUVs in this segment. The wireless charging pad in Magnite is given under the auto climate Aircon knob.

According to reports, the car can be launched by the company in December. The initial ex-showroom price can range from Rs 5.3 lakh to Rs 7.5 lakh.
